Good to know.
Do I have to buy a full presentation?
No. You can order just one Polish, Upgrade or Reframe image. Presentation Finish and Project Reveal are separate products selected according to the project’s needs.
Do you also work with real estate developers?
Yes. Sales Visual Refresh refines existing development visuals for investor and sales presentations. We review commercially material design features for accuracy; concept options and illustrative interiors must be clearly identified. For full development launch support, see Project Presence.
Will you change my design?
Not with Polish or Upgrade. We check key elements against the brief. Design changes — such as layouts, furniture, materials or façades — are handled through a separate Design Upgrade.
Do you need the 3D model?
For Polish and Upgrade, an image usually suffices. Reframe may require extra views, drawings or a 3D model.
What revisions are included?
Polish: 1 round. Upgrade: 2 rounds. Reframe: 2 stages — viewpoint approval and final image refinement. Send feedback within 5 business days. LAB errors are fixed free of charge.
Can we edit the presentation ourselves later?
Yes. On request, we can deliver an editable Canva or Google Slides file based on a professional template. Your studio can update layouts, text and slide order; the renders themselves remain image assets. We confirm the format and editable scope before quoting.
Is Project Reveal a design feedback platform?
No. Project Reveal is a polished presentation of a completed design concept, ready to share through one link. It is not a platform for collecting comments or managing design iterations.
Is Project Film an accurate 3D walkthrough?
No. The film is made from approved renders, using controlled 2.5D camera motion or reviewed AI animation. It is a cinematic presentation, not a technically accurate animation of a 3D model. Music is included in the base scope, and AI voiceover can be added on request.
What if I have regular batches?
Choose Studio or Team for recurring support. White-label delivery is available.
