One version per view: retouching, or retouching with styling for selected images. Choose before production without using your revision round. Layout reconstruction without a source plan, extra versions and additional floors are quoted before work starts. Full Virtual Staging is a separate paid add-on.

Show the potential of vacant or furnished interiors. We create an additional photorealistic version of selected images with a fresh furniture and decor concept, reviewed by an architect. The real room layout, doors, windows, fixed elements and visible finishes remain unchanged.
You receive both original photography and clearly identified digitally staged versions. Use the disclosures required by the publishing portal and applicable AI-content rules.

06 / SIMPLE PROCESS
Start with full-resolution photos and basic property details. Include a floor plan or sketch if you have one — it is not required for the first enquiry. Let us know where you plan to publish.
We confirm the scope and image treatment, produce the gallery, furnished 3D plan and copy, then check them together for consistency.
Receive JPG photos, a JPG/PNG floor plan and editable listing copy. Digitally styled images are identified in the delivery, with a short explanation of changes.
Standard packages: within 2 business days of order confirmation and receipt of all materials. Custom delivery dates are agreed individually. One visual concept and one revision round included.
Original files, preferably landscape images taken in daylight. Show every room, windows and fixed fittings. Avoid filters and messaging-app compression.
Share a floor plan or simple sketch if you have one. If you only have photos, we can help establish the room layout. We confirm any extra reconstruction cost before production.
Location, floor area, price, condition, furniture included in the sale and confirmed features. We do not add facts that are unsupported by your brief.
07 / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We work with smartphone photos or images from an existing shoot, provided the quality is suitable. This is useful when a new shoot is difficult to arrange or does not fit the budget. If better source images are needed, we will tell you before production.
No. Smartphone photos and basic property details are enough to start. An existing 2D plan or simple sketch helps, but we can assist with reconstructing the layout. Reconstructing a missing plan, additional floors or a complex layout may incur an extra charge, agreed in advance. The 3D plan is an illustrative aid, not a measured survey.
Yes. Choose retouching only or retouching with subtle styling for selected images in the order form. This choice is included and does not use your revision round. Each package includes one version per view; extra versions are quoted separately.
Yes, as a separately priced add-on. We create a new photorealistic version of selected images, from €39 excl. VAT per vacant-room image or €49 excl. VAT per furnished-room image. Final price and timing are agreed after checking the original photos. We do not change architectural features, permanent fittings or visible defects. Original images and a clear digital-staging disclosure are included in the delivery.
Requirements depend on the portal and listing type. Keep the original photos and disclose digital changes using the platform’s required method. Some portals also require photos of the actual condition or restrict staging. Tell us your intended portal when ordering. Our delivery notes do not replace the disclosure required by the platform.
The price includes files without Mare logos or branding, for use in your agency’s communications. Adding an agency logo, template or full brand identity is agreed separately. White-label does not remove digital-styling disclosures.
Photos are delivered as JPG, the floor plan as JPG/PNG, and the headline and description as an editable text file. This package includes English copy; additional languages are quoted separately. Styled images are identified by filename and described in the delivery notes.
Once we confirm the complete source materials, scope, price and order terms. Standard packages are prepared within 2 business days from that point. The form is an order request; no payment is collected here.
One revision round within the agreed concept. Choosing retouching or styling before production does not use that round. Production errors and deviations from the brief are corrected at no extra charge.
